Dynamic Air Engineering, incorporated in 1942 in Los Angeles, CA by Harry Glascock, developed what is
believed to be the first fan-forced airborne convection heater for the Army Air Corps in 1942. From these
beginnings, Harry’s company established a reputation unsurpassed in providing custom, high reliability
solutions. In 1964, the company moved from Los Angeles to where it remains today in Orange County, CA.
When Harry Glascock died, his wife Nancy, assumed control of the company full time until 1990. In 1972,
her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Hugh Morrison joined the company, running it side-by-side with
Nancy until her retirement in 1990. Jeremy Morrison joined the company in 1997 and is now our President,
running the company alongside Sharon who is our CEO.
